Located at MIDC Hingna Industrial Area in Nagpur, Maharashtra, our facility integrates an end-to-end powder metallurgy setup featuring precision compacting presses, continuous sintering furnaces, vacuum oil impregnation, and an in-house testing laboratory.
High-precision mechanical and hydraulic presses designed for uniform green density compacting across ferrous, bronze, and copper alloy powders.
Continuous mesh-belt sintering furnaces with multi-zone temperature controls and protective atmosphere management for structural particle bonding.
Automated coining & sizing presses for tight dimensional tolerances, alongside vacuum oil impregnation units for self-lubricating bush bearings.
In-house testing facility equipped for Radial Crushing Load (RCL) testing, sieve analysis, apparent & green density checks, and oil content verification.
The powder-metallurgy process enables full utilisation of raw materials up to and beyond 97%+, making it both material- and energy-conserving. By virtually eliminating scrap, reducing machining waste, and recycling powdered metal alloys, our production methods set the benchmark for green manufacturing efficiency.
