This website is operated by M M Sintered Products Pvt. Ltd. We are manufacturer of sintered bushes, bearings, filters and components based in Nagpur, India. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it.

• Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the product you are interested in and your message.
• Request a Quote form: your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and the technical details of your requirement, such as part name, material, hardness, quantity and any drawing or file you attach.
• Direct contact: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used only to keep the website secure and running reliably.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and answer technical questions;
• review your drawings and prepare a quotation, and where possible a sample;
• process, manufacture and deliver an order if you place one with us;
• keep business records and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing mailing lists without your permission.

Drawings & technical files

We understand that drawings, samples and specifications often contain your company's confidential design information. Anything you send us is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate your requirement, prepare a quotation and, if you go ahead, to manufacture your parts. It is shared only with the people in our team who need it for that work.

Who we share it with

We share your information only when it is needed:

• with service providers who run this website and our email for us, who may process it only on our instructions;
• with transport and logistics partners, to deliver samples or orders to you;
• when we are required to by law, or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies & third-party services

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not use analytics. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it next time. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Some features are provided by other companies, who have their own privacy policies:

• Google Maps: the map on our Contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when the map loads.
• WhatsApp: our "Chat on WhatsApp" links open WhatsApp, operated by Meta. Messages you send there are also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and quotation details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Keeping it secure

This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.
